Is this win a given, based upon our respective league positions? Definitely not as both teams have managed to amass three points each out of 18 in their last six league matches (source -The Fishy). I am going for a two-nil win, not through allegiance to a terrible gambling habit or that we are playing well but due to the fact that Colchester are a car crash of a club. The problem, and no doubt if the scouts of Colchester have done their job it will not be an easy game, is that we are now transparent. The team, its selections, the way it is set up and the tactics are well known to the opposition, fans and all. Herein lies the problem as we are team that is aging, repeatedly injured, forever picked in a patchwork stitched manner, players out of position that cannot play for 90 plus minutes with absolutely sod all leadership on the pitch.
Less hope is wrong, so I am still going for a win. Mainly for the points but also to instil some belief for next Saturday's trip to fatty land.
