Halifax are awful.
I can't see the cheats winning 3 games in a row.
2-1..

It’s non League football.
Very low on quality
County v Grimsby was better

That's not saying much
I think any of these 4 would struggle next season if promoted

Halifax play very like Notts. All pretty passing but then giving it away because
The players aren’t good enough to do it. At this level it just doesn’t work.
That why Wrexham signed Ben tozer,

This is really rubbish. Halifax don't look like they deserve to be in the playoffs.
Chesterfield should see this out, absolutely no threat from the home side. Do they know they're out if the don't win?
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

FT Halifax 1-2 Chesterfield
Chesterfield much the better side and deserved the win.
Halifax were well below par, giving the ball away far too much.

Halifax didn't turn up, bit like Clownty last night. Direhshites wanted it more. Very surprised at the relatively small away support given the distance involved. It's almost as if the supporters had given up. Kept reading lots of stuff about their attendances but tonight has shown them up.

Don’t know how Mandeville managed to stay on, but TBH Halifax would have struggled against 8 men.
They showed no drive, and absolutely nothing in the final third. Pete Wild let the occasion get to him and that was mirrored by the team.

Very poor quality game littered with mistakes by both teams. Poor defending for both goals although both were well taken.
Neither of those teams would survive in the league without a major overhaul. The cheats deserved the win but I thought the ref was very poor. My instinct was that Mandeville should have gone for the foul and should have had a second yellow for the deliberate hand ball. You could say that would have been harsh but he did stop a probable break By grabbing the ball.
The crowd was practically nonexistent and must have been very disappointing for both clubs. As mentioned neither set of fans had the confidence their team could ultimately gain promotion to the league and didn’t want to watch a painful exit.

I've just noticed that the Wycombe fans for the L1 playoff final, Chelsea fans for the Carabao Cup final AND FA Cup final, Sutton fans for the Checkatrade final and Stags fans yesterday have all been sat in the same half of Wembley stadium this year - and all lost. Huddersfield fans are also sat in the 'losers' half of Wembley today too.

Huddersfield are showing about as much composure on the ball and threat as we did yesterday. Not a cat in hells chance they’re winning this.
