In here. You know how it goes. Nice short away journey stopping off at Bold Forester and Nell Gwynn along the way.Hopefully ME gets away unscathed.
The drink is obvious, the soundtrack is the new ABBA album. COYS.

Surely this game will sell out, being our closest away game. Do they still play on Priestsic Road ?

It was a tidy little ground. It had more turnstiles than the bloody West Stand

Beermen lost 2 1 last week. We are on tomorrow night. I'll update with the score. We are climbing the table.
Beermen will then be having our annual xmas do on Saturday so wont be at crawley.
For the stags, I feel a score draw against tough opposition.

A spanking for Sutton Sat at Brisbane Rd, Will they bounce back or stay deflated. Us 5 wins on t'bounce and buzzin. A draw'd be great and move t'beeermen up to a run of 3 games on the trot unbeaten and 5 if you add the ones before Marty's Newcy fred.
It's gonna be tough, but hey these aren't Accrington Stanley are they!

I remember fondly playing on the Priestic Road ground in the late 60s. Schools finals day.

Proper tin pot ground. 15 minute walk from the nearest car park.
Going to be fun

This game will be a strong indication as to where we are at as a team, really tough away game, few important players out.
A win would be massive!

God that looks awful. Proper non-league.
Ground apart, I hope we can continue our recent form. Saw they got smashed 4-1 away at Orient at the weekend so they are there for the taking, depending on the neverending injury situation.
Going directly from work, still an hour from the City.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Just been on the phone to SUFC regarding away supporters access to the social club. The official line is that away supporters not allowed but was told there shouldn't be a problem. Also been looking at The Robin Hood on Robin Hood Lane. walkable but reviews say it is expensive

Website says you can phone Stags office before 2pm on Monday and pick up ticket at Sutton’s ground.

Lots of pubs in Sutton Town centre for food and drink. Train at 1849 Sutton to West Sutton, which is adjacent to the ground.Journey time 3 minutes

IF what NC says is true about the niggles then the team will be something like:
Bishop
Hewitt O'Toole Rawson SM.
Charsley Clarke Maris Stirk Sinclair
Hawkins
The only issue with this team is that since we have played 451 we have always had ''pests'' upfront in Oates or Bowery, players that wont stop running and stretch defences, Hawkins doesn't quite do that but obviously has other strengths.

Good luck to all those trapping tomorrow. Sadly a 4.30 start on Weds gives me no time to recover so I can't make it.

Won 2 drawn 0 lost 3, has their bubble burst, losing 4-1 on sat leaves the impression yes, but like so many games it was a lot closer than the score suggests.
With a squad of no real value their team ethic is spot on, They have plenty of pace and Olaofe is one to watch.
Ground capacity is just over 5 thousand and average attendance is 3,102,
With Johnson, Oates, Nartey, Lapslie out and Bowery and Quinn doubtful, and perhaps a knock or two within the squad.
Still very much a non-league stadium far from home this will be tough, With a full squad i would expect a win.
Under the circumstances another very physical game .
I will take the point
