Depends who we have available.
I do think if were going to create chances we could do with Johnson on the pitch. I think Musings pointed out that off the bench he had quite a lot of touches and most were shots. The chance the falls to Bowrey, DJ finishes that.
Any possibility of having Hawkins up top again too will be a big boost.

A 2 - 1 win in JT's first game , with goals from Didier Drogba and Deco.
These are my opinions , if you don't like them I have others...

I think that DJ chills be on the pitch. He plays between the posts and that’s what we have missed for the last 2 season.
It’s a repeat of Andy Cook. Left out for players who run around a lot but don’t know how to score

I think if we lose this he may go, use the Sunderland game as a free hit while we look for a new manager.

This is a really good opportunity for a win I think. Tranmere have only won away from home once this season, at Carlisle, 7pts from a possible 21. Their underlying numbers are pretty similar to ours.

I'm at a loss with Johnson, part of me wants him playing or at least starting every week but the other part understands he's not been at his best and we don't have the time to see him through a bad patch.
When Bowery starts I really don't expect him to score with Johnson I just think he's going to score even in a bad game.

i think the runs of games after tranmere will define our season and cloughs tenure.
Any realistic fan would take a draw.

The numbers that aren't pretty similar are points gained... 11 - 22
This will be another loss without a doubt.
Clough will be gone by next monday

I think I am fairly realistic and there is no way I’d take a draw now.
We aren’t getting to the playoffs no matter how much we pick up but that doesn’t mean we have to accept crumbs.
Play like we did on Tuesday and we are more than capable of getting the win. To accept less is akin to accepting our fate and giving up.
