Won 1-0 and dented county’s promotion push

No mention of the £4k+ raised for charity by CFC fans after the outrageous actions of some against innocent NHS workers?
The pathetic ‘story’ was a bitter ex-employee trying to cause trouble and it rather backfired as they were caught out.

Could the "bitter ex employee" be one of the footballers who was furloughed ?
Why did it backfire ? Why were they caught out ?

I have literally no opinion on it. Dozens of clubs have done it and continue to do it.
yorkstag wrote:That is not the issue here - its quite common for vaccines to be administered to individuals to avoid them being wasted. The Pfizer vaccine is delivered in significant numbers and has a 'sell by date'. The issue is furlough
I doubt that. Which other clubs have signed 13 new players then furloughed some of the first team squad. ?chambta wrote:[soundcloud][/soundcloud]Amber Andy wrote:I doubt he will answer you Yorkstag or Big yella. He's been asked similar questions before.

So why is he going on about disgruntled ex employees being seen in the health centre car park?
It’s certainly an issue for me. If it had been one occasion, fair enough but this was at least two occasions when supposedly no other recipients could be found which I find very difficult to believe.
Both issues are pertinent.
What puzzles me yorkstag. If what Chambta says is correct and an ex employee of the club was waiting at the medical centre, for the young footballer to have his vaccine, doesn't that put doubt on whether it was a last minute opportunity?yorkstag wrote:Sandy Pate Best Stag wrote:yorkstag wrote:That is not the issue here - its quite common for vaccines to be administered to individuals to avoid them being wasted. Ok clearly you know best

Ooooh look t'sheep've won again, you could almost guarantee his return after a win almost as much as the sun rising tomorrow.

What do you mean you have no opinion on it? Its binary - you either agree its ok to spend tax payers money on your squad or its not.

It’s a complex issue and getting drawn into soundbites isn’t helpful. HMRC say it’s OK, so that’ll do for now.
Call me a furlough-sceptic.
