Very scrappy game, but not surprising with the wind and pitch. Pretty even, they look dangerous on the break, but we've had more good positions, but done little with them

Why is it when we try 3v1 the players just strolls through?

Reid looking really isolated up there on his own... Bowery playing more as a defensive midfielder atm!.
Hope things pick up in the second half because that was awfully boring

Players not tight enough, flat footed.

He’s got to get hold of the ball so the rest of the team can get up the pitch. He’s had several balls into him which he’s miscontrolled, even allowing for a fair few inaccurate passes as well.

Charsley and Bowery just not in the game leaving Reid isolated. Probably because we're losing the battle in centre midfield for the firstnt time in a while. Cambridge getting the ball down and using the attacking fullbacks really well. Second best in this one but so we're Bolton on Wednesday. See if Nigel can make a tactical change, or are we happy with a point against these.

Hopefully the wind will be behind us in the second half. I can see stone nearly scoring in that wind.
If we have got the wind behind us then it could become a footrace for the ball rather than an aerial challenge. Could be wise to bring some pace on in the last half hour or so.
The wind could be why Reid is isolated. They can get it further forcing us deeper.
The ball bobbles on the deck and the wind catches in the air. This match could be down to who gets the luck of the elements.

Very good points... They were definitely forcing us deeper in that 1st half.
Maybe a change to a more traditional 4-4-2 would help?... Reid to play off bowery more than reid trying to be the hold up man.

I think the strong wind has really effected our game. It’s holding the ball up giving the Cambridge defenders that little bit more time to adjust. We will be better second half with the wind at our backs.
Need to get Sarkic on around 70 minutes to run their backs down and maybe get scraps for the others to feed on. Confident for second half playing with the wind.

Clarke and Quinn not involved enough, Maris doing a lot on his own.
Mclaughlin doing well but id put him on the wing with Bowrey up top

Perch hesitation killed us there. He did a few minutes ago too and got away with it.
