Looks like storm Dennis the Menace will be in full swing come game time,
In a way I hope it’s called off, may be able to get White and Macca back

a game being called off is hugely costly to the club, definitely not a good thing.
White will most likely be fit anyway.

I understand that Martin
However the crowd will be massively down if it’s anything like last weeks weather, also the match will be awful to watch,

It'd be no less awful than when it's rearranged. Plus it's be Sat-Tues-Sat which we can't do anyway.

It will make the game a lottery and we may fluke a win.

Doubt it will be on looking at the forecast. There probably will be lots of postponements.

It's like a better version of Stevenage Watch but not as good as Spring Watch!
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Today's latest forecast, heavy rain arrives in Mansfield around 7am Saturday and goes around midday Sunday.

More time in the pub and no football.
That'd be an unexpected bonus

Excellent. I’m flying back from LA on Saturday evening. Should knock an hour off the flight.

An international man of mystery. The tone of his posts suggest to me that he’s involved with the diplomatic service.

No, he wanted to join the RAF but they would'nt take him. Had to join the Army instead. That's why he's so bitter towards them
