I know we have a thread on this crap every week but anyone else struggling to order tickets for the Lincoln game? It keeps saying 'Payment is currently being taken for this basket. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email then please contact customer services'.
I also find it hard to believe that there are only 67 seats available in the IG Lower...

Don’t the club hold back a certain amount for matchday sales?
I’ve never had an issue with the ticketing sites it’s basic but I usually order from my phone and it works fine.

Only so much in the sense that we never sell out in advance

The question is when these last few tickets are sold, will they release the other blocks of seats, or are they going to give the impression that they are sold out, over the weekend and Monday??

Irrespective of the ticketing system the club are missing a trick nor opening for 3 hours on Saturday when people are off work
If I've missed something apologies
And if people really care and can possibly get to the game they should be there not watching on Sky

I doubt that would be worth the effort and resource needed.

200 left. Mostly at net level in Quarry Lane. Any chance of extra seats in West stand being put on sale over weekend?

That means 2200 left with the blocks they 'hold back'

your spot on .the online system is not the greatest .so there will be tickets left right up until kick off .

And that in a nutshell is why the current ticketing system is not fit for purpose.
Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.

The club can't win. People moan they can't buy on the day, so they keep tickets back to help with that. In doing so loads more moan because the website hasn't got any to buy online.
They should allow this to sell out online. In this day and age if you can't buy online, ring in advance or pop down to the club. Tough. There will be seats we could sell but now can't or won't because a few moaners like to decide an hour before KO it they're going.

Should be open this Saturday for a couple of hours. Missing chance of extra revenue as mentioned above

I don’t understand why blocks are held back on the online system as I’m unaware of any other club doing this.
It just seems to be a process which serves no purpose.

Not moaning Jamie. Just can't understand why they don' t sell the seats, that fans would prefer to buy, online, over the weekend. Don't know who came up with the ticketing policy, but it seems like a wasted opportunity to me.

Should be all on sale, sod holding tickets back for people who might turn up on a matchday. If it sells out before matchday then its tough luck to anyone who made the late decision.
This wouldn’t happen at any other sporting event or club

I think the Sandy Pate bar should sell matchday and event tickets so if people cannot make the ticket office during opening hours due to work they can get them in the evening. The bar may benefit from punters having a quick pint or a meal whilst they're there.

What a great simple idea

Awkward ticketing will simply encourage SOME potential spectators to stay at home and watch the match on Sky
