Heard from a reliable source today that they are residing in Portugal for tax reasons.Apparently he can only spend 55 days in this country.Quite worrying I feel.

It's always been the case that John spends some time out of the UK.
They are staying in Jamie Vardy's house in Portugal.
I don't think it is worrying.

Would directly affect us if they paid the full tax, which is why he and many others spend time out of the UK

Geoff, instead of spending your time raspberries stirring, perhaps you might spend your time, whilst upon the Internet, properly looking at taxation? I know it's boring but should you spend a little time broadening your knowledge, think you might find the Radford's aren't doing anything wrong.

Quite, only on here could someone post negatively about the bloke that has saved us from oblivion.

This type of remark makes me laugh, why pay more tax than you have to ,its common sense really ,i know people who used to claim benefits yet work on the side ,they are the kind who are cheating the system ,not people who pay more than most but minimise what they pay through legal means

Since when was car insurance a tax?
Every one who can legitimately pay less tax does. Those who could, would.

Both sides equally complicit in my opinion. If I was paying bucket loads of tax, it would mean I would have a very high income. As for claiming benefits I wouldn't want to be in that unfortunate situation . The wealth divide in this country is a big concern.

So Starbucks, Amazon and Facebook pay about 0.5% legally by exploiting loopholes. This equates to £millions, but that's ok because Jim down the road turned out to be claiming £25 a week too much in incapacity benefits, which was found out.
It takes a lot £25's to make up what corporations are allowed to not pay.
I think Radford spending some time abroad is probably about their personal wealth, not One Call Insurance's tax and won't impact Mansfield Town. Even a man as wealthy as Radford is a mere insignificant compared to the size of the companies mentioned above who repeatedly pay nearly nothing of what they owe.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

I spend 6-8 months of the year in Spain/Portugal, I’m not rich or tax dodging (it’s just nicer over here)
Can’t really see what the Radfords do in their free time is anyone’s business.

Anyway.....if it’s only 55 days a year then he’s already buggered as he’s deffo done more than 55 in the last tax year alone.
I swear some people believe anything there told.

I think it's 91 if you want Non-Dom status, but out of that 91 I think only 30 can be spent 'working'.
As CEO at MTFC I think CR woukd struggle to manage 30working days 8n the UK per annum.
Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.
