What's our biggest official turnout there? I'm sure we took close to 5000 when we had the Kop. Just wondering where this will stand.

https://stagsnet.net/match/reports/view ... atchid=917Indeed Mansfield’s away support of 4,164 was their highest at an away game since 5,500 Stags fans at Newcastle in January 2006 in the FA Cup (beating 4,047 at Meadow Lane in March 2007, and not including the FA Trophy at Wembley of course). It was the highest Stags following for any away league game since away attendances started being quoted as official figures in 2002.

Thanks. Is it likely that we ever took more in the old days to an away league game, or that the Newcastle figure has ever been beaten?

Wrexham to see Big Ern net that late winner?

Since the days of segregation I doubt we have as in general we've been in Clownty's shadow. Who knows how many we took before segregation, I don't think any one would know.

I think it was closer to 3500 Stags that day. However there were about the same supporting us from Palace.

Have to say by all accounts it’s a bit late now for some Stags fans as they already purchased some in the home ends
Our time will come

Thought we took more than 5.5k to Newcastle.

Hope we’re done and dusted by then, don’t want to give plastic FC a single penny.

Even if it's done and dusted, that's where the trophy will be lifted isn't it?

Dunno, IF we have won the league... I’d like to think we’d lift it in front of a packed out field mill the week before rather than a dead rubber at franchise fc

Some are starting to sound like Loooooun / Gimps fans in terms of getting carried away with themselves. We've just entered the final third of the season and haven't even secured 23rd place yet.
Not trying to be a party pooper but we need to keep level headed or risk being branded arrogant in the same way as fans of certain clubs we like to dislike due to arrogance.
We have to continue performing as we only have to look back at last season to see how things can implode. Lets secure a top half finish first, then target the play-offs (which would be our highest league finish since 2004) do that and lets try to secure automatics. Do that and then and only then should any talk of a title be discussed.

We dream, success is limited for us. It's a once every 15-20 year thing for us. Let us get excited for once. If it goes pear shaped then it goes pear shaped.
