Lies, damned lies and statistics.
Forget last season. It isn’t relevant at all.

Let’s sack the manager who’s only lost one league game this season and has us playing the best football since the early 2000s.
Strikers need to start putting there chances Away.

His points to game ratio over 23 game is 1.21 which is 56 for a season.
Even giving him a clean slate and forgetting his abysmal record last season, his points to game ratio this season is better at 1.45 but losing 5 games all season would be scant consolation if we finish on 67 points.

If it was any other manager in the football league, he'd be gone. Because he's 'a nicer man than Steve Evans' we have to persist.
To stick with him would show such a lack of ambition.

It's easy to defend him when you only go to two games a season innit.

Don’t be ridiculous. Absolute crap

This.
Utterly stupid thread.
Welcome to another season of mid table mediocrity chaps. You love it.

For a start . Win the game in hand then we are closer to the play offs . For a start , that's not guaranteed and I'm definitely not confident we will win it anyway .
Fans are here jumping up and down because we won't be to far off the play offs. . That's no where good enough in my opinion, we should be pushing for the top three .
Lastly , why the hell are some getting hard ons because we've only been beaten once ?
We have played 11 games and won THREE .
There are games the players have been responsible for our results but the manager once again baffled a lot of us at the game with his subs and tactics . .
Then again we can continue to take the pee out of Chesterfield because how our season is going it's the only thing we will have enjoyment t in . You only have to look at some of the teams above us to see how poor how season is so far .
