Davis Keillor-Dunn

I feel like this guy just deserves his own thread, 19 goals and 13 assists so far and he hasn’t taken a penalty, this might sound a bit dramatic but if he helps take us up, he is right up there in my top 5 stags players. The way he moves with the ball is so dynamic, his intelligence to use every inch of space before releasing the ball to assist a goal is phenomenal.

Players gone by have maybe of had to leave before we realise how great they are. DKD is top notch.

Keep up the good work Davis.

Davis Keillor Dunn has made 52(5) league starts for Mansfield and scored 25 goals. Great stats and an excellent recruit by Nigel and Simon Clough.

He made 77(10) league starts for Oldham and also scored 25 goals.

We should have started him at Tranmere. We would have then been 4-0 up at half time and he could have come off for a rest.

19 league goals for DKD and 9 have been scored away from home so I disagree with Nigel Clough about him being a better player at home.

6 of his first nine goals were scored away.

Cracking player. Wanted him after we beat Oldham away when Lapslie scored late on, sadly went to Burton then but the rest is history.

There will be a lot of interest for him in the summer, hope he signs a new deal with us

I was a bit worried when I saw DKD celebrating a goal and kissing the badge. That usually means a player will be off in the summer.

This is probably for another thread but just wanted to point out these goals scored in a season stats.

Akins best is 14, he has now matched that.
This is DKD best season for goals.
It’s Bailey Cargill best season for goals.
Will swan matched his best total yesterday.
George Maris is 1 away from matching his seasons best goal tally too.

When we get promoted surely its better for dkd to stay with us rather than venture elsewhere hes successful here why risk that apart from money

I think Hiram Boateng only needs 1 more for his best return too.

Hiram Boateng has already beaten his best season for league goals which was three for Mansfield Town last season and three for Franchise FC in 2021-2022. He increased his league goals total by 33% against Harrogate Town.

He has four league goals this season which is a record for him. 13 in total and 7 for Mansfield.

He’s a brilliant player, the best attacking player we’ve had for at least 20 years. My player of the season.

He had 4 in total for Franchise FC in 21/22, but you arre correct only 3 in the league.

He can get another one & be his best season in all comps. I'm sure he'd like that :)

Good player. Nothing special. Simple. Don't get ahead of yourself. We'll have no struggles keeping him next Yr.
