Why on earth would they do that? Absolutely ridiculous time to put them on sale - who makes these decisions?

They want to sell them initially when the ticket office is closed.
Normally it is Friday at 5pm when we haven’t got a Saturday home game. However it would be a bit hectic if they put them on sale this Friday at the ticket office on Saturday before the game.
It is common knowledge now that away tickets are sold at 5pm on Friday when the following day is not a home game and 7pm on Saturday when we have a home game on the Saturday.
Those accustomed to privilege may feel that equality is oppression.

It might be common knowledge but it’s not common sense after a big fixture

Because this is likely to sell out quickly and they put them in sale at 7pm on a Saturday night, where some people are probably out with plans. What's the harm in Monday at 5pm

Just asking because I've never had to do it before, but can a child's season ticket be used to purchase an adult away ticket or is it like for like. Expecting the latter but as I say never had to do it before.

Generally is it ok to not to do like for like.
It always pre populates my purchase as an Adult when I am a senior, when I buy a mixture of adults and seniors. I therefore have to assign an adult ST against a senior ticket and it accepts it.

What terrible timing for the tickets to go on sale - It'll almost clash with Gladiators on BBC1, having had it's slot moved to a little later for the Six Nations

It's only an initial allocation. They've sent us 800 tickets and the away end holds around 2000 I think. There will be another chance for folk to buy a ticket.

Which makes it a ridiculous initial allocation. Our last 2 away games have been miles away and we've taken more than this 800 initial allocation!
