This will be Akins 5th pre season with Clough so he knows what to expect, like the club, management and and players.
and some well informed fans, hope you have a injury free season and welcome to Mansfield Town, Lukas

Yet he has spent almost his entire career playing at a higher level than our club.

Have a word with yourself. He’s a good player who does lots of things very well

God only knows how.
I think you need to have a word with yourself KKT, he's a poor player who does lots of things poorly.
S7AGS assessment is about the most accurate I've ever read on Akins..

Expecting to see a chopper flying about the One Call over the next few days bringing in the New signings to sign on the dotted line or is it all done up at training ground ?

Albeit if it’s Harbottle and Swan( Which I think it will be ) it’s not too far for them both to travel together by car and cheaper on fuel

Or maybe revisit the Nicky Maynard Faro airport video?
On second thoughts...

Clough said there is two loans coming in from a prem club and Forest seen the obvious option so it’s been assumed it will be them.

Only teams I think it could be is Forest, Newcastle or Man Utd. Forest seems the most likely due to Clough connection and the location.

Where is this training camp at and is there a kick about planned?

Enquiring minds currently working in Edinburgh would like to know. :D

Don't rule out West Ham being the Prem club where the young loans are coming from - they are training in St Andrews at the same time as us

That comeback is right up there with Liverpool in Istanbul and Luke M in April 2016

Let's not forget Charlie Nicholas' zinger back at Jeff Stelling.
Truly, today on Stagsnet we have truly witnessed one to rival them all.

With a bit of luck we might be able to do some swaps and bring the "wrong" players back on the bus with us!

Craig Dawson - too old and slow
Michael Antonio - winger playing up front
Jarrod Bowen - no pace
Fabianski - 37, past it
