The vibes are telling me we are going to win this one.

2-1 is in my mind.

Help, there are men in white coats knocking on my door, honestly I'm perfectly sane.

Ive got vibes from when we beat rochdale 3-0 at home... headers from two corners and a free kick wasn't it? Same again tomorrow, don't care how pretty it is

What vibes?

I wake every Saturday with a tiny speck of hope that this is just been a very disturbing nightmare and instead we are 5 poihnts clear at the top.
I pinch myself and know it's sadly true we have a team who've little idea and even less grit. I then resign myself to another Saturday night of utter dejection and disappointment.

Just so I can feel something other than disappointment I've started putting cigarettes out on my thighs.

Why your thighs? Shirley it'd better and have more feeling if you did it on the helmet.

1-3 due to adverse weather conditions coupled with the fact we can’t defend for toffee.

I go to the games now expecting nothing, that way I’m not too disappointed and if we do get anything it’s a bonus. What’s the odds on Nicky Maynard doing a Andy Cooke on us with a last minute winner and putting another nail in our coffin.

I've been doing that since the early 80s, it really does help keep a perspective.

No, I have been afflicted with an incureble ailment since the late 1960s. Nothing can be done about it luv. It's called being a Mansfield town supporter.

4-5-1 for me today. Protect those full backs, who, hopefully will be fit.

Bishop.

Hewitt Rawson Hawkins McLaughlin.

Charsley Clarke Maris Quinn Bowery.

Oates.

4-5-1 at home, with no goal scorers in the side?

Are we waving the white flag already?

We have yet to see the elusive Mr Forrester in action although he has been on the bench a couple of times indicating he is match fit, so is it time for him to enter the fray?...
So:
Forrester at the back with Rawson allowing Hawkins to move up front or alternatively at least put 2 strikers up front because we are playing at home...4-4-2 please

I want to see Hawkins back up top today. If Hewitt is fit, and Forrester is available then we have options to fill in for him at the back. Midfield is back to full strength, and a full set of option available up top. Time for us to stop the excuses now and start getting results. Big game.

Will be very interested to see how we line up today going forwards - it will say an awful lot for me.

I don’t feel like we have much up to date team news for this game. Is there any reason why the club chose to do the media on Monday this week? Seems an odd choice.
