Definitely was the case when his kids were growing up but now they're both adults doing their own thing, it wouldn't be that stopping him from moving.

I just think this job is right for him at this point. We're potentially on the verge of something special.

West Bromwich Albion have sacked Valerien Ismael and Adam Murray.

Adam must have made a few bob from that sacking as Ismael signed a four year contract.

Derek Adams was the best manager in the EFL according to himself when he had an argument with Steve Evans. Both of them will be out of work soon.
