Josh Sheehan has signed for Bolton Wanderers on a 2 year contract. His contract had expired at Newport County and he had clearly already spoken to Bolton.

Cameron Borthwick Jackson was released by Oldham and has signed a 2 year contract at Burton Albion.

It looks like Scott McMann can play centre half and left back so he would fit the bill. He's under contract until 2022 so we would have to pay a fee for him. Stoke and Millwall are said to be interested as well.

Big spending Barrow have now also poached keeper Paul Farman from Carlisle United on a 2 year contract. I wouldn't have thought his long boots down the pitch would suit Mark Cooper's favoured playing style.

I wonder if regular Barrow keeper Joel Dixon will now leave Barrow. He may end up at Carlisle!

Note: Barrow fans think Joel Dixon is being linked with Bolton.

Barrow have signed midfield player Tom White from Blackburn Rovers. He was on loan at Barrow in 2019-2020 when they won the National League and was on loan at Bolton and Hartlepool last season. He played against the Stags for Bolton in November.
