Two really good 'sidewinder' kicks by Stone to start moves. We've started positively. Good game so far.

Despite martins excitement no foul there, though the keeper was lucky

Don't think that was a foul on Reid, he would have been offside anyway

Definitely a foul by the keeper. Lifted his leg so that Reid couldn't get past him. Especially ifReid fouled their defender in th box before! Free kick and a yellow card.

Perch does a brilliant tackle...ball played out of defence to Reid who passes straight to the FGR wing back and the ball comes straight back .. no wonder the defence finally concede in the late stages of games.

My view is it’s a fairly even game so far

However, forest green look like scoring and we don’t
Simple as that in my view

Both teams playing decent passing football creating chances. Both are atrocious in front of goal. We're getting flip all out this ref while he blows up every time they lose the ball and hit the deck.

Pretty even game. Usual story in that we do some tidy build up play or work a good opening for a shot and then waste the effort completely with a weak effort.

Really like having Perch at the back over Sweeney. He sometimes gets beat in the air a bit easily but his composure on the ball makes him a better option there.

Need more from Charsley who has been ineffective. Law a bit quiet too. Games there for the taking.

A Matt finish. Type of striker we need next season.

Fish cake, beans and home made crinkle cut chips. Not too heavy for the second half excitement.

As I see it also, played at decent pace with both sides ‘going for it’.
