We need to bring someone in who can motivate this team who are devoid of ideas, we have got rid of some good players and not replaced them. I am so disappointed with GC, I had high hopes when he came in but he has been an unmitigated disaster. The football is awful, the team look lost and no one is stepping up to grab the bull by the horns.
JR must act now as this cannot go on, this manager has failed spectacularly and his win rate is embarrassing.
Mansfield Town, my club even though been exiled in London since 1983.

Absolutely. Also it will cost a pretty packet to sack him at a time when revenue is down. I can see JR holding firm this time.
