Right call. Long and positive career.

Best of luck in the next steps.

Bet he will still get a decent part time contract.

Top player for us in his first season. Wish we had him 10 year ago. Good luck in the future Bish

He showed us what we hadn't seen for a while in his first season, he was quality and ran the show. Shame we only had him for such a short amount of time

Good luck to Neal Bishop on his retirement. He had a fantastic 2018-2019 season playing 43(1) league games and scoring 3 goals. His record that season was P43 W 20 D 14 L9 (46.5% win rate). He was one of the Stags players of the season and he should also have been selected for the League 2 team of the season laong with Tyler Walker, CJ Hamilton and Mal Benning.

Neal Bishop seemed to struggle for fitness and form at the start of last season but by the time of the last pre-lockdown game at Northampton Town he looked back to his usual self. Nice for him to finish off with a win for the Stags where he played well. His league record last season was P27 W8 D 9 L 10 (29.6% win rate)

Overall League Record (not including Newport Play Off game)
Total: P70 W 28 D23 L19
Win Rate: 38.6%
Points Per Game: 1.5 points per game

Not bad at all for an old geezer.

Bishop was excellent for us in his first season. I wish him the best of luck.
