The only option left appears to be to to press the 'forgot password' button and get it sent to my email. However the instructions / password haven't arrived and aren't in my junk folder either so I've not got past first base without having issues.
Loads of people on the app reviews moaning of having the same issues.
Has anyone got advice how to resolve this and how I set up the account on the app?
It says the app is for phone and tablet. Can you run ifollow on pc or smart TV straight from the Internet and without this apparent hassle?
Apologies for all the questions but this is the first time I've tried to download the app and I'm unsure if its something I'm doing wrong or if the app is having issues?
I think it is easiest to set up your account on the website. It is also easier to buy match passes on the website (in fact, I don't think you currently can buy a match pass in the app as far as I can see). Once you have your account and match pass, they will work fine on the app, or on the website. Having said that the Coughlan press conference today is available on the app version but not on the website version at the moment.

To my uneducated eye the whole thing looks a mess. Having to jump through hoops, fences and do all manner of techie stuff just to access a club website... and some call it progress

The club website is open access to everybody.
The Ifollow part of it is additional content accessible by subscribers only. Surely being able to sit at home and watch a live match on a PC, laptop, tablet or phone can't be called anything but progress ?

Only to access Ifollow, not to open the club website.
Ifollow on a phone has always been an app - they have simply updated it.

It took about 30 seconds to put the new app on my phone. The new icon is naff, but no other problems.

No. You're spot on. iFollow is raspberries, it's always been raspberries and will always beshit.
Terrible quality. Overpriced.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Haha this is a proper joke. Tried on a decent TV through website, buffering every few seconds, laptop same issue, iPad won't let me download latest app, 103.2 playing music, best we've had it is on app on my dad's phone that's about a decade old, aside from fuzzy audio, end up watching on a tiny 2 inch screen and we go 3-0 down. Footballs back.
