Paul Cox has got a good supply chain from Field Mill at the moment.

Kettering have a backlog of fixtures so I might have a ride down to Latimer Park to catch a home game.

Sadly we never saw the first of him.

I think there is a decent player there, if he's given the chance.

He had chances. He played well in cup games and then went missing when he got his shot in the league. Not having a cup only player here.

OSJ is 26 years old. Here's a fun fact. he's OLDER than Danny Rose, Ryan Sweeney, Mal Benning, Hayden White, Matt Preston, CJ Hamilton and Will Tomlinson. All players who some has said should be got rid of at some point this season. Yet OSJ gets chances, fails (spectacularly in the Macc away game last season) and people claim he should be starting.

Also, he's on his 4th manager here. None of them could get anything more than a decent cup performance out of him. He's had the chances and not took them. It's time to go, I wish it wasn't so and he'd realised his potential but at 26 he should be approaching the top of his game and he can't force his way into a side in the bottom third of the table.

Fair comment, but I just think he might have had something that was never realised.
Let's see if he ever goes on to better things. Good luck to him anyway.

Never really got a fair chance despite showing some glimpses of quality. Far too good for Kettering.

He could very well be one of those players who only got his chance when it just "wasn't his day" there is a decent player in there, we saw it in the cups, but it's hard to pin down. Perhaps a kind of stage fright? I'm not too sure on that but I guess is a possibility. I think (not 100% sure) he was mentioned in the videos pre season last season as one to watch, along with CJ?

I'm just playing safe mainly, 3 years and 4 managers in and he can't break into the side.

Thinking about it, Jason Law has been here knocking on 5 years now and put in a man of the match performance against Scunthorpe on his debut last season and we've barely seen him since. In fact Nyal Blake made his debut that game and scored too. Alistair Smith and Tom Fielding made their debuts in that game too (not too bad considering certain board members complained the kids never got a shot).

For me there's more deserving players of the chance than OSJ. Loan move to more his level right now is the best move for all. He may very well come good but it hasn't happened here and based on the evidence, not likely to happen either.

I like OSJ as a player and he has the nice habit of scoring out of nothing when you least kexpect it.

I think he has been unlucky with the competition for a first team place in a side that doesn't play to his strengths. OSJ is about speed and (dare I say it) power. He is s a strong runner and is best with the ball in front of him for quick snap shots. Unfortunately for him we haven't got the midfield to play the right balls.

He will do well under Coxy and I can see him scoring a few at that level. His biggest problem will be getting a start as we all know Cox doesn't often play loan players. Good luck to the lad and I hope he doesn't come back to bite us on the bum.

OSJ must have something but the four managers, plus his loan out to managers, have not been able to find it.

Time to finally get his big wage off the books, another legacy of the fat scotsman.

Would like to have seen him have a few more games to get up to speed a bit
Agree too big a drop down there for him

I'm going to be very annoyed if Cox is related to Raheem and didn't try to sign him up as a youth player when he was manager here. Definately one missed.
