is it just that he wears his heart on his sleeve and his passion spills over, i mean we do have some of the most moronic fans in England. He gives 100% most games. Just my take on him and fans can dish it out but don’t like it when a pro gives it back. I think a few are correct though, we need better next season.

Nothing professional about Bishop. All he does is give the ball away, wave his arms about constantly and get into spats with the fans.

I did see that and thought it was odd. The goal went in ‘our’ side but then they ran into a corner with no fans.
Slightly odd.

No. He’s just a clown, for the reasons already stated. Don’t care that he’s been a professional footballer for 52 years of his 64 year old life. It doesn’t correlate to being a good pro.

Headed down the tunnel without even a glance at the fans whilst every other player applauded the following. Can we ship him off to County? He’d be much happier there and we’d be better for it.

Definitely. Will suit his weird obsession with them and his other clubs.

They’ve been doing it for weeks, I think it gives them a sense of superiority.
When in truth they are just a bunch of very poor 4th division footballers.
The days of Stanty launching himself into the fans seem a very long time ago.
Can you imagine ANY of them making the next “legends” book ?

Bishs pass completion rate was about 20% today, don’t think I ever seen the ball given away needlessly so much by one player, that midfield is shocking and a decent side would have hammered us today, Mr Coughlan has got a very big job on his hands

Can’t help but feel like fans would be more upset if someone like Mellis was still here and did all this to the fans today.

I expect Evans will start ahead of Bishop on Tuesday.
Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.

So if I have this right - there’s several hundred people
Who’ve spent hard earned money to be there today to see a team that’s 21st in the league. And the players who have got them there don’t want to celebrate with the fans when, amongst an awful performance, they do actually manage to score?

In reality no player should be doing it at all, irrespective. You’re being paid a grand a week if not more to kick a bag of wind around. Love how players love the applause when they’ve done well then turn into snowflakes when they’ve done something wrong and they can’t take a difference of opinion from 300 fans.
If you can’t do that then football isn’t for you

Fair enough then guys and girls. Bishop needs a telling off then!!! Hopefully he does leave if he’s behaving like this.

Bishop cannot play two games a week these days, I like the guy, he tries hard but it's just not happening for him.

Yep, and it's a fair run to Morecambe and back for most especially in raspberry weather.
Pretty poor really.

I think someone else has made this point, but if this was Mellis that did this, the whole fanbase would be up in arms. Absolute farce.

Fair play to Bish for his apology

Some of the 'kids' on twitter abusing Bish are an embarrassment to our club.
