1 win in 11 games fans are expecting an upturn in results and the manager is saying all the right things but that won’t last long it never does if results don’t follow .

Mass clearout long overdue

Some of these overpaid jokers have failed for 3 consecutive seasons

They are simply not good enough

It's made a change to Grimsby.

Could it be they have recruited a better manager ? ;)

And we’re the mugs who keep paying these players wages. I say balls to that. Macca and Bishop need to go, the latter has been a disaster since County away. Dislike them both.

The sending off changed the game. Before that we were all over them and looked like we were going to rip them a good un. Afterwards they worked harder and we gave up. Players simply weren't capable of doing the simple things and I thought Grimsby thoroughly deserved the win, a reverse of the game in Cleethorpes. We could have played another hour and the result would have been the same. That said tremendous effort by Maynard and fabulous save right at the death and to be fair we didn't deserve a point.

They have recruited a better manager. Holloway is class for this level and above.

Wrong formation with the substitutes, the extra man should’ve been in midfield with three forwards on all they were doing was get in each other’s way

Holloway was in stands for there last game, and we’ve scored an own goal to give them win. Made a massive difference! It’s clear we need to clear 90%+ of this squad, and give him summer to rebuild

First big tactical error for me. Switching to 4-3-3 and taking off the holding player was done way too early IMO. Even in the first half they were getting opportunities to counter, so to take the only midfielder protecting the defence off and leave Mellis in there was a poor decision.

Really bad result.

I agree. We just kept going long and getting no where with it. We needed to keep and control the ball better.

No composure, no quality, questionable effort by some. Simply not good enough.

If GC comes out saying we should of won that again I'll be fuming. Grimsby defended better, worked harder, had more movement and whilst they didnt really trouble us much with 10 men we didnt deserve anything today.

Genuinely embarrassed by that in all honesty, that was up there with the performances we put in under dempster. No effort, no desire, no creativity, no skill, no end product.

Endless hoofing is unreal

I really do feel like packing it all in.

Grimsby down to 10 men, as we were with Hamilton in an Amber shirt, that lad has to go.

Didn't notice Mellis make a constructive forward pass, Preston looked cheesed off from the onset, mass clear out at season's end.

So disappointed.

You are wrong, I don't.

I just want the Radfords to stop making knee jerk appointments.

Grimsby took their time and netted a gem of a manager.

Today is an indication of that.

He pinged one on to Maccas toe in the first half but unfortunately he can’t move and control the ball at the same time. Every time he tries is balloons up in to the air.

The club is taking the fans’ money under false pretences. EVERYONE at the club, from top to bottom, should be ashamed.

This is a really depressing result, our home form has been woeful this season compared to last. We need a total overhaul of players if we are to progress next year. These overpaid show ponies can move on, I am sick and tired of lack lustre performances and no pride in pulling on a Stags shirt. What a thoroughly miserable season all round. They were all back to minimum effort today and then for Benning to concede a daft own goal was the icing on the cake for them.
Roll on April 25th!

Are this lot going for a trio of sacked managers?
Two fluffed up promotion chances and two managers later people are realising this lot have no bottle for a fight.
