Crewe scorefred sponsored by how long can this go on?

Postby Foresttownstag » Wed Dec 11, 2019 2:36 pm

Back in the hot seat and as it’s 2.30pm on a Wednesday and nobody has taken the plunge to do the thread I might as well.

Another easy game this week as we visit high flying Crewe, hopefully we can keep the score respectable and even have a shot on target.

I’m sure many will travel in hope rather than expectation, myself will be watching via Canada on ifollow.

Crewe 3-0 Mansfield

call me a bad stags fan, if it meant we got rid of Dempster, I hope we lose.

3-0 crewe.

Crewe evens (1/1) to win on Saturday, again it’s simply printing money with donkey dempster still in charge for whatever inexplicable reason.

What is with these odds?

The Cheltenham one baffled me, 3/1 for a team who are excellent away from home to win against a team with the 2nd worst home record in the league.

Crewe have only picked up four more points at home than we have picked up away. Assume that is factored in.

Our away form is play-off form.

It’s an odd one mate, but welcome ones.

Realistically crewe should be about 1/50.

As you say, Cheltenham at 3/1 and -1 at 6/1 was madness, easy money though when you’ve a tenner on each - in an ideal world we’d have shown some fight and not be so hopeless.

Well done to FTS for t'fred. May be now he could be our saviour, the special one, the Golden Child of fredding. The signs are good, he's unjumbled his jumbliness of a few weeks ago and as I speak Chinese Mick has walked through the door with a bottle of Lagavulin 16 years old Scotch and two glasses.

So to sumarize, it's gonna be tough.

The only times we'll touch the ball is when we kick off and when we pick it out the onion bag. I'm predicting at least a dozen touches.

Bad boys bad boys, what you gonna do?
What you gonna do when they come for Crewe?

Rub their hands probably.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

A stags win. Are you that optimistic? You can get 50/1 for that result.
