Yeah, I think what we could really do with now is an inexperienced but passionate guy who cares about the club and has been here for a few years.

Carolyn is being cryptic on Twitter. Talking about it being frosty in UK and bringing some sunshine back with her. I personally don’t think she is talking about the weather!!!

Not necessarily - Reading between the lines he has been given certain targets to achieve in December.
If these results continue, or if at any stage we are bottom of the table, then I would expect action to be taken.

Going back to very early in the season, and early rumblings of discontent, JR stated very clearly that he felt 10 games ( in the league) was the appropriate time to take stock and assess Dempster. 20 games in, and actually getting worse.. He must be very happy.

Lets hope Carolyn can exert some influence on JR and maybe she has a manager tucked away in her luggage somewhere just waiting to be let out of the bag ..lol
My feeling is JD got till 2.1.20. after the Cambridge game.

Where’s this coming from?

The news today should have been that he’s been sacked.

There were a few in the knows in the bar after the match that suggested he was going to be sacked today. Given the time of day, i'm inclined to think that this isn't happening....

I'm pretty sure the departures of Cox, Murray and Evans were all announced late afternoon/evening.

Don't forget the Radfords are travelling today from Portugal, so they're probably not going to be in Mansfield until around now.

We lost 3-0 and the oppo keeper didn't get his kit muddy.

It’s beggars belief if he doesn’t.

I thought after the farce at Shrewsbury it was impossible for him and his team to produce something worse, yet Cheltenham proved me wrong.

If they were watching that miserable, uninspiring insipid performance and still think he’s worth a job nothing else will change their mind.

Spot on...woeful and given the pressure and focus on need for ‘improvement’...forget the rest of December that match alone should be it surely...absolutely nothing to show any signs of changing, worryingly it’s the opposite

Strange one..In any other walk of life where someone started a new job and after a few months they were shown to be incompetent and so far out their depth they were in danger of bankrupting the business they worked for they would be out the door sharpish..And yet dempster is being allowed to carry on regardless!!
