I feel for JD. He's a good guy, but football is a cut throat business. It's the same at every club in every country. You know the score when you take the hot seat.

It was bad enough in his radio interview..so I can't also bear to watch it.

He is hurting and it is not in a nice place to be.

He is human and I do hope 'we' can give him a bit of slack on the personal level?

You’ll see better defending in the Mansfield Sunday League tomorrow.

Yeah he's not in a good place, poor bloke.

Just listened to it and it was difficult. I'm not sure it is 'just a job' to him, evidently he's gutted how it's turned out. I can sympathize with him but business decisions are made for business reasons.

It should never have come to this. The club will lose a decent servant when his time is inevitably up.

Tells it how it is - aka shows how clueless he is.

I honestly believe he has no idea why we’re losing and how he can change it. Same mistakes every game, same rubbish every minute.

JD is not a tough guy, if he can’t physically beat his squad, he should be able to mentally beat them, his interview suggests he can do neither.

Very first game of the season after the game Dempster said Lee Glover made a few changes at half time and we were a lot better second half. Two things , firstly why was Glover making the changes and not Dempster , secondly if you’re the manager at least try to act like one and take the credit or the blame regardless of the suggestions from your staff .

Add the asking of the senior pros how they thought things could improve and the introduction of Eileen Drewery and it really does give the impression of a man who has never been in full control.

"respect" "nice guy" "hurting" etc. He is out of his depth and clearly has no idea how to fix things. He sounded like he has run out of ideas and, if it wasn't for the financial impact, he would love to throw in the towel.

This...imagine it like watching a car crash in slow motion...that you know could have been avoided if action had been taken earlier.

First goal - A simple overload on the left. CJ and Macca left to mark three players, the third player is a centre back. Mellis stood on the edge of the box doing nothibg, marking nobody.

Second goal - What are Bish and Macca doing? Marking nobody, don't even drop into the space you would expect the ball to go into to try and stop it, just stand on the spot. Shaughnessy has no idea where his man is.

Shaughnessy cannot play centre half, he's wasted there and has look poor every time he has played there.

Preston was absolutely atrocious with the ball. There was a mind boggling moment where he misplaced a simple pass for the 60th time, the ball ended up back with Olejnik and then he rolled it out to him again!!

Bishop was useless as well. He's not bothered and it's clear to see. Several times he was strolling around, jogging not sprinting when they were on the attack. Something has happened between him and the manager IMO as you would usually expect him to be captain with no Pearce.

Bishop also had a go at one of the fans. He was also at fault for the second goal, pointless sliding challenge to give away a dangerous free kick. The sooner he retires the better.

Bishop has not been the same since Country away last year. A shadow of the player who did so well early last term.

He really shouldnt be in our team at the moment. Any player who runs their mouth on social media against our fans, who pay his wages, shouldnt be in our team.
