When the fans chant for the manager to go.

When the gate is down.

When the players can't be arsed.

When you get hammered again at home.

I'm afraid it's time. Goodbye Mr Dempster.

But it doesn’t look like JR agrees so this mess rumbles on and on. Our home form is an absolute disgrace this season and he should do the decent thing and walk after another shambolic defeat. I was prepared to back JR after his statement today but I cannot see where a win is coming from. What a thoroughly miserable result.

He needs to go because he doesn’t seem to understand what’s happening or why it’s going so wrong.

JR, if you think for one second, that this man has even a semblance of an idea ,of how to get out of this mess, then quite clearly you don't have a clue.
He is bereft of any plan, and just repeats the same thing week after week, game after game.
No matter how much it costs now, it's going to cost a whole lot more in the long run

He’s lost the dressing room
He’s lost the fans
It’s a good job for him that JR can’t be arsed to act.

The sad thing is it’s not time.

It’s not going to be time apparently.

Just don’t go any longer this season - there’s no point.

No point in booing, no point in trying, why bother? They don’t.

Tbf, most owners will back the managers in public, then start talks behind the scenes. I can only hope this is the case

He won’t go yet. Crewe, Northampton and Bradford will probably all be losses this month. It’s going to somehow get even worse before we sack him.

Not sure. I’ve been told on here numerous times it’s because Notts County went down after they changed their manager last season

I'm not coming at it from a sense of entitlement like you do though, that's the difference. I came out against Dempster way before your hilarious tantrum.

Heard his after match interview, he was hopeless, accepted it was his fault, but still maintains his faith in his own ability which is understandable as no one is going to admit they are not up to it.

One quote made me smile "Cheltenham have the ability to play poorly and win, we don't".

I thought Cheltenham knew exactly what they were on with and played far better than us, we didn't test their keeper at all.

Our points per game ratio currently would leave us in 48.

That’s a pretty special effort.

SLOW HAND CLAP.

Seriously though dempster, please raspberry off

Granted Clark is now doing slightly better than Dempster. As such he is less likely to get the shove now. JR won't be paying out compensation for an in work manager. Thank goodness for that.

Clark would be a bad appointment.

Why would Clarke be a bad appointment?

He did an unbelievable job at Bristol Rovers and tbh shouldn’t have really lost his job.

Walsall, he’s been given next to nothing to make the squad his own.

He's now doing marginally better than our current manager, but all the same doing poorly in a sub standard league 2.

Appointing " one of our own " seldom seems to work for us.

I hope when the time comes the board actually advertise the job and interview at least three applicants.

It's been time for far too long now. JR has actually left it that late now that the season is over for us, cup competitions and league. We haven't won for 6 weeks in the league and I can't see where the next W is coming from.

December's fixtures are awful for us. We will be talking about relegation at Christmas, I'm sure of it.
