Any chance that, as I don't do Instagram, someone could ask Carolyn this question, 'Previously you alluded to being on the board of the EFL, were high profile in ensuring that woman are given a role in the corridors of power in a male dominated business and had arranged an England youth friendly. As your social media profiles (i.e twitter, facebook, instagram etc) have burgeoned the content has shifted away from these crusades. Why?'

I can’t see the social drink aspect if I’m honest.

I’m certain things didn’t end well with him buggering off to China, why would they meet up again for anything else but business?

Evans isn’t exactly pulling any tree’s at Gillingham, easy way out for him.

I'm going to be objective about this.

1. Was Evanss doing a decent job? Yes
2. Can I blame him for taking a job at a bigger club with good backing and in a higher division, which also happened to be on his door step? No
3. Was the constant abuse he got from some fans acceptable? No
4. Do I think the tricks he played to leave were outrageous and disgusting? Yes
5. Would he give us a good chance of promotion in the next 2 seasons? Probably Yes
6. Would he be better than JD? Yes
7. Is Flitcroft available instead? Probably no

All things considered I think I could suck it in and take Evans back. Would prefer Jones or Tisdale though.

I agree mostly with that however let’s not forget his little trip to China he had before Peterborough, a big two fingers up to Mansfield Town so he didn’t entirely take a job at a bigger club did he.

I would prefer JD over Evans - Atleast one is a decent guy trying to do his best for the club.

He did get results... And the atmosphere was much better. JD is killing this club and taking us so far backwards. Are we technically still paying his contract?

If he does return, limit the amount of players he signs. Although it's going to be a carbon copy of when he first came in, try and get to the playoffs after a few January signings. Then an overhaul the following summer.

Evans is the clean up man after we try and promote from within haha
