John Radford will not have it in his mind that if we're not in the top 7 after 12 games he's going to sack Dempster. However results need to improve and if we remain in the bottom 7, clearly he will be very unhappy. His focus up to now, before the closing of the transfer window, has been on how to help Dempster strengthen the squad.

Dempster worried me early on when he had that interview saying he was going to be cautious away from home. Every away game this season we've been very negative.
