How long do you think Dempster will get if performances and results carry on like this Martin?

Do you have any info on the 12 games top 7 talk on here.
Not many I listen to on here but always greatful for your input.
I'm a reader at the moment not a watcher sadly.

John Radford will not have it in his mind that if we're not in the top 7 after 12 games he's going to sack Dempster. However results need to improve and if we remain in the bottom 7, clearly he will be very unhappy. His focus up to now, before the closing of the transfer window, has been on how to help Dempster strengthen the squad.

I don't think it will be just results that JR will be unhappy with. I think he will be more concerned ( as I am ) about the lack of discipline both off and on the field.

It made complete sense not to start CJ considering his form so far, which has been pathetically poor, and to be fair to Dempster I doubt CJ ripping them apart in March, maybe the last time he turned up was fresh in his mind.

The fact he didn’t chuck him or preferably OSJ at half time was daft though.

I think it’s criminal Khan didn’t play either, he’s been one of our better players and dropping him just because we are away is simply ridiculous.

Dempster worried me early on when he had that interview saying he was going to be cautious away from home. Every away game this season we've been very negative.

Our away form has been alright.

It’s the home form letting us down.

Will you be doing last Tuesday’s ratings, Martin.
