Jimmy Knowles will get more minutes than you all think this season. Really highly rated at the club.

Saw him in the reserves and looks ready... give him a few minutes when we're 4-0 up against morecambe and he'll pop one in... can see it now. Don't think Graham is ready compared to jimmy.

The boss said, the aim is to have four fit main strikers. Cook, Rose, Maynard and CJ until Davies is fit. Another injury setback for Davies.

Think when you see all the pics from portugal danny is looking as if hes really a big part of things looks relaxed and happy ,i would hope we can keep him here as under dempster he could flourish

Personally I think Davies, Graham, Rose & OSJ are just back-up strikers now - and we could let one or two of them go and get a better replacement. Rose would be the better one to keep, but he would be the only one to get a fee. So Graham & OSJ surplus to requirements at the mo.

Meanwhile, I still think we need a quality midfield general - And I would happily let MacDonald & Tomlinson go to make way for a stronger midfield.

Plus, we need a winger and a full back cover. And possibly a central defender if we are playing 3 at the back - but hopefully we are going 4-4-2 this season (hence the need for a midfield general and another winger).

didn't we let Lee angol go last summer, then almost instantly regretted it because Davies was injured all season? We will need the cover imo, or let Davies go but he's under contract and I can't see many wanting to pay a fee for a injury prone 30 odd year old

That account looks like it's run by a kid, I haven't seen anything anywhere else although a loan move would probably be good for him unless Davies gets crocked for a long time again
