It's football. Naff ref in the first leg but Newport were the better team over 2 games. Will Arsenal, Wolves etc sack their managers? Doubt it. You just have to hold your hand up sometimes and say your team and players were simply not good enough. Flitcroft wasn't taking the penalties. Lumping it up to Rose and Walker doesn't work, we need a Rheady type player if you are going to resort to that tactic and we haven't got one.

So true. We couldn't keep playing a Paul Cox brand of football without a hard working Paul Cox type of spine throughout the side, and expect it to actually be successful.
