I listened to this today and it is an excellent interview. He makes some interesting points about loan players not always being fully committed to a club for various reasons. He also acknowledges that Steve Evans (short training sessions) and DF (long training sessions) were like chalk and cheese and the mistake that DF made in the last 12 games was perhaps trying to change things too quickly to his style. This no doubt caused some friction with some of the players and resulted in the bust up between Zander Diamond and Paul Anderson. DF might have been better off doing what Mick Harford has done at Luton and just told the players to carry on as they were until the end of the season.
Well done to James at D3D4. Keep them coming.
