I doubt there's a single Forest fan that prefers County of us. That may change in a couple of years when we're playing them in the league of course.

Think the pic above gives you an idea what the plod would like and that’s the segregation area between the two stands , more tickets will come because they won’t want away fans in the home end which will happen for sure .

I'm amazed the segregation area is in the away stand. It should be in the Kop or Family Stands because I don't think either will be remotely full as floating Pies won't turn up for this, whereas the Sirrel will be give a fair allocation.

What he said. :good_post:
:mtfc:

Am I being a bit thick here?
Why do you need segregation in the seats?
Surely the fans are in completely different stands which have natural segregation, they are not joined together?
The ground had been built and designed to cope with the potential for each seat to be filled?
If this is so then is there will be a requirement to segregate twice in our stand to separate both the stands behind each goal?
I don't see this in Premiership grounds so what am I missing here?

Always seems to be the case with us. Last year there was a block left free at the end of our stand, same when we went to Lincoln. Ridiculous as you say, particularly when United can go to Liverpool or City for example and there’s literally a row or 2 between them.

We get 5% of any ticket sales which will probably be about £3000 depending on how many ‘concession’ tickets were sold. On this occasion we will probably make a bit of a profit from this. It is probably easier to sell big batches like this than having a member of staff selling occasional tickets where they have to keep breaking away from whatever other work they are doing.

Despite not having a ticket, there’s no way I’m missing this one.
Going with a group of Stags and Forest mates.

It would make more sense to me to house 5000 Staggies in one stand than risk having other visitors in the home areas. Also, why allocate us less tickets than last season?

It’s always a good day. I’m sure DF isn’t taking this game lightly

Reading about the mess at Notts makes you realise how far we have come and how lucky we are

Those how haven't got tickets should just all agree which stand to commandeer next and turn into into a sea of yellow.

Then we'll have two sides of the ground.

Is there no chance they will give us half of the Meadow Lane end behind the goal? Surely they need every penny they can get and Notts police won't be happy with Stags fans in pockets all over the ground.

Part of the 5% goes to pay card fees and the cost of banking cash, so the club doesn't make any real money on selling away tickets.

Has Notts released any numbers on their home ticket sales for the game.

I’m pretty sure that if people without tickets make it clear that they intended to sit in the home stands, even better plan which stand we are going in and get the word out...
Notts plod will start getting nervous and tell Hardy to put his tail away and sort some more tickets out for Mansfield sharpish!

As previous mentioned they certainly won’t want pockets of stags in the home stands!
