In theory yes and they were a good side. We were poor for 70 minutes though and did lead...

Single points won't get us promoted.

We must start winning soon if we are serious contenders. A striker is a must in January.

Fair result, not a lot separating the teams and all in all not a bad point against an MK side who have also only lost once this season.

The referee completely ruined the game, and some of his decision making was baffling. Not stopping play while MK had the ball with one of theirs down with a head injury, but then blowing the whistle as soon as we broke being a prime example. Some very strange decisions too, booked Sweeney in the first half fair enough, but then had to use the same logic with their players and book them for some horrendous challenges - which he simply didn't do.

Draw fair on reflection, Second half was a non event really.

For the opening 20 minutes we were brilliant, after that I can’t say we ever seriously looked like scoring again. Can anyone disagree?

Need to go and get 7 from 9 now minimum. Have to win both our games in hand to get back in the top 7, got to crack on now.

That was a good pouint in that we didn't lose in what was a dreadful performance from 20 minutes onwards.

To be fair MK Dongs weren't much better and I think a lot of that was down to the weather anf the ref.

Couple of other points: why the chuff were they watering the pitch at half time today? And didn't the pitch seem to have a lot of sand on it in the undercut? There seemed to be a few times when players booted sand/fine soil in the air when clearing the ball.
Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.

Decent point against a good side. Same old with this formation, hard to break down but create very little. We really need a striker in January though if we are to push on.
On a more downbeat note, bit depressing seeing our fans fighting amongst themselves in B block today after ridiculing Clownty for the same...

it doesn't surprise me with our own fans fighting with what some of them come out with

some of them hurling abuse at players when we were at 0-0 is simply embarrassing

Referee again very appalling for both sides very weak lost control of the game n forgot some basic rules....

He's there to do one job referee fairly not add to the problem with poor decisions....

Only job in the world where a poor day at the office goes unpunished without any retribution from your bosses

More handbags than fighting from what I saw. In fact, it was arguing, it didn't even get physical.

Were they booing the players or the ref? Our performance didn't deserve any booing at all.

All in all very happy with the point today, I thought we might have sneaked all 3 to be honest.

A special mention for their con artist No.10, sticks in some nasty challenges and goes down injured, the worst thing apart the late and unnecessary challenge on Oliejnik was the gullable ref, got suckered time & again.
A special mention for their No.14 , how he made himself look a complete and utter raspberry when he was begging the ref to kick off while we were celebrating the goal, can only imagine his reaction if it was the other way round, what a tool.

Up there with us ? You have to be able to win consecutive games to be up there young Bobby.

A good point from a very entertaining game. We didn't play that well, struggled in midfield, both defences looked robust but MK has always been about gamesmanship. Exeter are the same so there is a single connection. At halftime would have taken a point. They were better on the break than we were. Finishing on both sides, excluding the goals, was poor with MK missing two absolute sitters. If they are promotion. contenders then so are we. Their no 8 best player on pitch by a countrymile.

It did, I was sat next to them haha. It started at the end of the first half, then started up again. Either way, ridiculous.

CJ Hamilton today, was awful. Rigid as a post. He had the touch of a trampoline and the control of drink driver.

Agree RE Cj, had a shocker but in his defence, he has never been a right wingback.
