Yep. I knew the previous owner. I went to the house a few times in its previous state. Have to say it looked better before, but each to their own. At least the Radfords have restored it after it was decaying for 3 years.

Yes indeed. Was certainly a shock when we heard about it.
if i remember right the rumour at the time was a few businesses were sinking very badly, still very sad.
