rubbish results, sold best players, disappearing fans, a well dodgy chairman, a new ground thats getting grotty, ched evans, big debts, level on points with relegation places.
Just off top of me head. There may be more

But still a league above.
However, I think the long term future is much brighter for Mansfield with John Radford et al's vision for the club. We are nearly self sustainable, Chesterfield won't be that for many, many years to come.

And better supported. But it is too early to gloat. History shows they always get out of it no matter how deep in the mire they sink.

I'd imagine come the Jan window there'll be some brown paper bags passed about in some quiet pubs to keep them from getting relegated.

And to make things worse, 4 straight away games coming up
Fans want Danny Wilson gone, and want Steve Evans. Well most do. Some can't stand the bloke

In my opinion, if they do get relegated, they'll be back in League 1 before us

I'm interested what makes you say this Stoney? They've gone 7 games without a win and as well as being second bottom in the league theyre bottom of the form table*.
That's just ON the pitch. Off the pitch it's no better.
A club in crisis.

Not this time they won't Calstag. This crap form is by design and not by accident (4 games without a goal by the way)
Dave Allen and Chris Turner now have bodyguards protecting them at the Prozac for a reason.

Mainly down to the fact they will have Ched until the end of the season mate, once he starts finding his form and fitness in the next couple of weeks they've got goals in them. They also have Conor Wilkinson who was scoring goals, he's out for 2 months.
I can just see their form picking up in January/February time.

Evans might attract interest in January though and the board would probably cash in given the chance.

They'll sell him and the money will go straight in Dave Allens back pocket. They're £8 million debt afterall and he wants his money back.
Just remember how they laughed at us all the years when we suffered Keith Haslam....

I don't know how they manage it, but they always come out of the mire smelling of roses.
