First home defeat in forever out of the way, still within touching distance of 1st place. No need to panic surely?

Morecambe have had a few body blows with loan players being recalled by parent clubs. That has ripped the heart out of their team and I expect them to falter as a result. Although not expecting an easy ride, we should have enough to win relatively comfortably and I would expect our players to be anxious to put the home defeat behind us. 2-0 win.

Would be nice if we had a new signing (or two), in time to play in this fixture.

Due to Morecambe's recent player losses and it's disruptive effect on the squad I'll go 3-1 to a resurgent Stags.. :mtfc:

Morecambe have won 1 of their last 10 league games. We should fancy our chances here.

Clarke to come back in, away from home…Stags win.

Hope we go back to the diamond. Reed and Brunt together means the midfield is too flat so it’s one or the other in there for me.

Expect Quinn will start, but personally I’d go;

……………………..Pym…………………..

Bowery... Flint….Cargill…Macca

……………………Brunt…………………

……Lewis…………………Clarke……

………………….Maris…………………..

…………..DKD……..Akins…………..

I don’t think they would be able to cope with those 4 in midfield. I know you don’t quite get the same balance out of Clarke or Lewis on the left hand side as you would with Quinn, but Clarke needs to come back in and would just give Lewis the nod over Quinn away from home on this occasion as he has a better engine.

Any away game has potential to be tricky in this league as we know, but there is no better time to play Morecambe than now after they have lost their key players. Need to bounce back with 3 points
