As Saturdays game was cancelled we couldn't collect the tickets and neither of us can get over this week. Managed to get through to the ticket office today eventually to be told that the lady who sends them out is on holiday for a few days so none are going out in the post. They will be sent to Crawley for collection on Saturday! I'm sorry but I think this is unsatisfactory. The back office organisation at the club seems to be disintegrating.
Perhaps a full time CEO is the answer

I was a bit anxious about this for the Swindon game, but collected them no problem from the ground ahead of the match.

Why is it unsatisfactory? If I lived away from Mansfield, I would opt for this option of collecting from the away ground every time.

There is no organisation. What a pathetic excuse from a professional sports club ,for not sending out tickets. You only have to look at the club shop merchandising,or total lack of it, to see how tin pot we are, on the day to day running of the club.

This stems from no-one being in charge of the day to day running of the stadium.
