Eiran Cashin

Postby stagmanrob » Fri Oct 13, 2023 8:42 pm

Was just listening to the preview show on BBC Radio Nottingham, and Sir Richie Barker was on there being interviewed as part of the build-up.

He mentioned he won't be in attendance himself but his centre half will - Eiran Cashin - who is supposedly a "massive Mansfield fan."

So getting this in early....everytime he's not playing for Derby, he's our new Luke Beckett for the transfer threads.

We can only wish, he’ll be in the Premier League soon.

Still wouldn't stop folk on here.

If Mbappe declared his love for Mansfield, they would be expecting Radford to get him here on loan.

Perhaps he could have been our in youth team.

Was part of Derby Academy since 2009 didn't we have to disband our academy back then when we got relegated and the amigos took over.

There was a group of Mansfield lads who ended up at Derby who have broken into their first team, Cashin is one of them and another is Lee Buchanan who got a move abroad to Werder Bremen in Germany and then came back this year and signed for Birmingham City. I know the guy who coached them at youth level, Will Swan was also one of his players too.

I believe its Niamh you're on about. She was an unbelievable footballer. Saw her play in a cup final at Arnold Towns ground. She read the game so well. Would live to know what she's doing now

Yeah both Cashins and Will Swan went all saints same time as I did. Think last I heard Niamh was playing in the US, dunno if she still is. Eirans work rate is absolutely outrageous and he's gave absolutely everything to be a pro
