This is going to hurt but they have had some fabulous kits over the years. I'm so sorry.

Had to laugh at the Mansfield Matters Podcast when Nick (the guy with all the shirts) said that he had asked George Maris for his shirt. George however declined saying, 'no mate, I can't give you it as I need it for Saturday as we have got no stock left'.

No rumours yet about next years kit or nobody having had a sneak peek? I am presuming it’s going to be three new kits each season we are with Castore? I’m pretty sure it was genuine, I saw a post from Match Of The Day last week of Emi Martinez with an upside down badge on his Villa shirt. If they can’t even manage to get the badge the right way up (before it falls off) then who knows what they’ll produce for us this time around.

I quite liked the concept of going retro with a nod to some of our older kit designs but obviously the quality along with the availability was awful. I do hope we are at least back to amber shirts for our first season back in the third tier.

Availability last week looked very good in the shop, just when it's not needed, 20% off as well

Can't we just buy out of it and go with Umbro (I believe that was an option prior to Surridge?)

We could do with asking John and Carolyn about it as it was the only terrible thing that Sharpe left behind.

Umbro would be brilliant. A proper retro brand and two of the best kits I’ve seen this season are Burnley’s and Carlisle’s, both by Umbro and both very 90s.
