The fact we replaced Davies with Butcher is seriously a problem.

No, it isn't. Don't be dramatic.

We were under pressure and needed to regain momentum. It allowed us to do that and then go on to create a couple of chances to win. 90% of managers would have done exactly the same.

I think the point he is making is that the bench is very weak with attacking options, which i that’s my point weak attacking option bench readvmy bloodynposts before wobbling ya bottom lips

And your point is idiotic.

No no no belly. Your bench must allow you to make like for like changes, even when it isn't working. You can't be going around having them there fancy tactical option thingy ma bobs to call on. Like for like.

Surely we ALL realise that the attacking depth will be sorted in the next week or 2.
Rose will probably go out on loan and someone else will be brought in.
FAILING THAT......we have a squad built to play 1 up top with lots of attacking options in and around him.

Chill people...4pts from opening 2 games

Anybody concerned about playing a opposition better than the likes of Arquin and Fisher though? Just feel like we are extra dangerous attacking so far in these first two games but look very shaky defensively in this new three.

Just got back to Taunton - we were a bit suicidal in defence at times, especially with our passing out. Put a lot of pressure on ourselves with poor clearances. First half we looked dangerous but second half we we didn’t seem at all dangerous, was disappointing to see butcher come on for Davies, especially when Yeovil were down to 10 and we could have nicked a goal, why didn’t we put Graham on?!

Obviously an away point is good but we do need to add depth going forward.

Benning and Hamilton impressed again for me!

Well we started with two up top. The possible changes off the top of my head.

1) If we wanted to go for it Graham would have made three up there.
2) If more pace in a two was needed Graham would have replaced Davies.
3) If we needed to go one up top to shore up the midfield, but still have pace up there then Davies comes off. If we have to revert to two up again Graham comes on.
4) If we needed one up top with someone who would hold onto the ball, Walker comes off, again Graham would come on if we needed to return to two up.
5) If we needed to approach the game with al little more guile then either of the front two would come off with Kahn or Mellis playing in the number ten/false striker role.

And I'm quite sure DF has thought of more.

After the loss of Angol and the petty feud between rose and flitcroft this should be addressed immidiately, we’ve got 4 games in the next fortnight and I expect either rose to be back in the team next Saturday against Colchester or someone else upfront on loan.

How short we were Uptop option wise wasn’t clever today. We’ve had a good start, let’s ensure this doesn’t cause any problems to it

Duh. We are looking to take a draw. Stiffen up the midfield. Yorkie goes into paroxysms of agony over a tactical move. :) :) :)

every post dosent have to be replied with your vile bile, you could try debating you might take to it, then again probably not.

He couldn't use Rose because he's still dreaming of Peterborough.

Stirling James is probably unwell or injured. Or maybe was rubbish in training.

DF is having a meeting with Rose and his advisors on Monday, to assess the situation.

JR stood his ground ( I applaud him ), because Peterborough didn't match the asking price.

We could have attackers on the bench, like Spencer but DF wants quality.

We scored two goals away from home.

Give DF a chance to sort it out.

Surely the most satisfying thing about today is that Yorkshire Stag and Bellwiff have proved with post after post that they are both ‘weak up top’!!

Two games in, four points. Very happy.

Yep! Decent start, we've been humped at Yeovil several times. Those writing Graham off already need to go on a very long walk.

Good start, well done Mr Flitcroft. Really enjoyed the comms too, Deano's mood shifted quicker than Noel Luke!

No, its 2 games in, far too early to pass judgement.
