Personally, i suspect Nolan will be there a while longer. Much as Hardy's ego demands the adulation of being near the top, i think the stark reality is he'd struggle to find a decent 'yes man' as replacement. And given how much
Loadsamoney! has already spent i reckon he'll be reticent to muller his moulah with having to pay off Nolan and/or invest in new players.
He'll be hoping the majority of fans keep onside, and his mate KN can rescue them from the abyss without having to shell out further
