A very enjoyable game. Sutton looked a good side until County went down to 10 men when suddenly County played really well.

Ruben Rodrigues looks a decent player for County and surely Sam Slocombe is a good enough keeper to still be playing in the EFL.

Isaac Olaofe (on loan from Millwall) played very well for Sutton.

Jimmy Knowles was a bit disappointing being subbed at half time.

Keith Curle will probably try and sign Eli Sam and Omar Bugiel for Oldham.

The plot thickens.

 I did wonder to myself if it was me stalking him or the other way around

He was with someone I think it was Gary Crosby but it was difficult to see as they were up the top of the stand where it was dark and both had face masks on. They stayed longer than I thought as with Jimmy going off at half time I thought they go but last time I looked near 80 minutes they were still there. GC(?) was scribbling notes quite a lot and NC was tapping on his phone. Maybe Bugiel or someone else will be coming here?

HT: Notts County 0 Bromley 1
Notts County started well and dominated possession but without creating a clear cut chance. They put plenty of crosses into the area but the big Bromley defenders Chris Bush, Alex Mitchell and Charlie Fox headed them away. Bromley had the first good chance of the game after Jack Bridge escaped down the left and crossed to Jude Arthurs but he dragged his shot wide. They then took the lead when Joe Kizzi croosed from the right and Michael Cheek headed back across goal and Mark Ellis under pressure from Ben Williamson put the ball into his own net. County continued to dominate but with no cutting edge. Calvin Miller is playing well down the left. Bromley look dangerous when crooses are put into the box as County's defenders are struggling to head the ball away.

It's a shame that Halifax and Wrexham are losing. Eastleigh are winning.

He's not been involved since he was subbed at half time when Clough was there watching, not sure if being retained had something to do with it.

I'd like them both to finish outside the top 7.

Top four (Sutton, Torquay, Hartlepool & Stockport)way clear of rest.

Three remaining places with six teams (Wrexham, Notts Co, Chesterfield, Bromley, Eastleigh and Halifax) fighting for the three places.

Notts last two away games there.

Don’t forget Dog &Duck and Solihull Moors - they have a good chance of play offs if they win remaining games.

I'm comforted by the fact that at least one of them is going to spend another year in purgatory with all the fanancial stress that goes with it.

If they both blob it, then that would be delightful.

FT: Notts County 2 Bromley 2
Very entertaining game with good commentary from Charlie and Mark Stallard. County came back well in the 2nd half. Calvin Miller and Ruben Rodrigues combined well on the left and Rodrigues crossed for Kyle Wootton to score. Enzio Boldewijn came on at half time and he crossed from the right for Calvin Miller to head at goal. Mark Cousins in goal for Bromley made a good save but Rodrigues followed up to score. County should have gone on to win the game and Jim O'Brien hit the post and Ruben Rodrigues hit the bar with a free kick. The Bromley manager, Andy Woodman, brought on former Stags loan player, James Alibi, and young Birmingham loan player, Tate Campbell, and they combined to score Bromley's equaliser. James Alabi held the ball up down the right and laid it back to Joe Kizzi who crossed for Tate Campbell to score with a diving header.

Calvin Miller played really well for County down the left. It's surprising he was allowed to go out on loan by Harrogate and they have now released him. However if players do not fit in at Harrogate then Simon Weaver is quick to let them go. Ruben Rodrigues also played well.

Bromley have some experienced league players like former Daggers, Mark Cousins and Billy Bingham. They also have former Millwall and Bolton Championship midfield player Liam Trotter and Jack Bridge who has played for Southend, Northampton and Carlisle. Their captain is former AFC Wimbledon, Gateshead and Hereford defender, Chris Bush who played against the Stags many times in the National League. He takes the free kicks and also launches long throws into the area. Former Braintree player, Michael Cheek has scored 22 goals up front and caused problems in the air for County. Ben Williamson played up front for Port Vale and Cambridge. They also have some young lads on loan such as Alex Mitchell on loan from from Millwall and Tate Campbell on loan from Birmingham.

County MOM: Calvin Miller and Ruben Rodrigues
Bromley MOM: Chris Bush, Alex Mitchell and Joe Kizzi

He does answer, he says he's not injured, and says you can only have 5 subs and Eli Sam did well recently (so presumably is ahead of Knowles in current pecking order).
