Conference bound I think. They need to pray there is no relegation this year.

The caretaker was doing alright until Mr Jolley stepped in. I think they've acted quickly enough to save themselves. The main problem is, Mr Jolley brought quite a few players in, during the January transfer window.

Michael Jolley sacked by Barrow after 57 days and 7 games in charge.

Shortest managerial reigns in English football (according to the Sporting Life)
10 minutes: Leroy Rosenior – Torquay 2007
3 days: Dave Bassett – Crystal Palace 1984
8 days: Billy McKinlay – Watford 2014
28 days: Paul Hart – QPR 2010
31 days: Paul Scholes – Oldham 2019 (does not really count as he was only an interim manager)
44 days: Brian Clough - Leeds United

4 Games - Frank de Boer - Crystal Palace

Nah send em' down...craphole place & six million miles away.
Would swap them for notts or chesterfield (or both) so we can get some decent local derbies! The league is boring as hell without some decent rivalry.

I hope Barrow stay up too.

Notts and Cheaterfield havn't been in "the pit of misery" long enough. They can come up once we are in League 1 :D

Yes agree, we need to progress before they escape. Once up no doubt momenum and financial skullduggery will see them pee on Lge 2 and they'll go all :hysteria: and  as they  at us on their way to Lge 1 while we still flounder about in Lge2. At that point the MB would melt.

incredibly bad appointment in the first place.... when you think you might go down and need a manager to keep you up and then you appoint Jolly... Im surprised he got another professional job tbh.

Took them years to come back into the League, I hope they stay up. Weekend in South Lake District and footy. Beats Southend or Grimsby.

Me too. Nice weekend in the Lake District. Went one year when it snowed on the Saturday night.

Michael Jolley's famous 58 f bomb rant at the local BBC Humberside reporters.

To be fair John Tondeur had it coming. He comes over as a right misery at times on BBC Radio Humberside.

David Burns and Peter Swann are the same for Hull City. Constantly having a pop at Grant McCann and never giving him any credit. They blame him for Hull City getting relegated last season and mention it every time Hull City win.

Unfortunately they are winning too often at the moment.

Damning comments. Pretty much insinuating Jolley was a fraud. He always came across as a bit of a ‘all the gear, no idea’ kind of chap.

Hmmm wonder what JR really thought about GC...? Nice to see a Chairman really telling it like it is.
