One of those draws was a win before he was subbed (Bolton) and two of those goals were conceded after he went off (Bolton, FGR)"

Sam - Did you note that we conceded once again after George Maris was subbed? Part Time Pete made the same point to me.

Maris statistically led the team in both tackles and clearances today.

Well spotted Darren.

It was also the same sub (O’Driscoll) who came on for Maris at Bolton before we conceded.

I hope not, he only does dirges. Should have been a musical director for an undertaker. :D

It's not surprising when the sub was more knackered after 10 mins than the guy who'd just gone off!!!! His cameo performance was a disgrace

Really don't see O'Driscoll having any future here or in professional football, Looked miles off it every time he's played. He's no better than our own kids

Yesterday was strange for him, 10 minutes just gave the ball away and looked knackered the moment he ran onto the pitch.

O’Driscoll was shocking in the little time he had on the pitch, he will do well to be given another chance.

So the F_A cup has lost its glamour, and staying in league 2 our goal, while improving our squad yesterday was a good exercise in defending and shows we hopefully learned a lot.
The character of the team was impeccable and Clarke was a big miss, Bringing Cook on gave extra height and Physicality to our attack, and Bringing O:Driscoll on to help the defence
Well they still scored from a throw in. .Like most frustration is my problem, i did want the transfer budget increase from a win, and i really thought this would be our day.
Football never fails to leave you on a high or a low, being nasty yesterday i think if they had Reid and we had May, we would have won. positives we are still 6 points above the trap door and strangely a win against Oldham would put that smile back.

If we’d have qualified we’d have got plymouth away or something anyway

A little oddity from the draw. In the last round we were the last ball out of the bag. Had we progressed we would have been the first this time.
