Rowe was under contract at Gloucester City, so may cost them a bit of compensation. Maybe NEDDC will lend them a few quid ?

It's because the National League is very southern biased and the 44 teams have to be split equally.
The furthest north teams in the NL South are Oxford City, St Albans, and Hemel Hempstead.
As Gloucester is very slightly north of them, they got the short straw !!
