Notts County don't seem to be happy how the Government money has been shared out to National League clubs, even though they and a number of "bigger" clubs are getting a bigger slice. They say some of the smaller clubs are making a profit.

Does anyone know if the money to help EFL clubs has been forthcoming?

They’re right. I think they get something like 14% of the average gate money and a team lower down the league with an average gate of about 800 gets about 3-400% more. I find that hilarious

There were just two grants, one bigger than the other. One grant, the bigger one, was for clubs with average attendance over 2,500, the other lower grant was for clubs with an average attendance lower than 2,500

Spot of comedy gold in the 94th minute from " I'm too good for Mansfield" , Ben Turner.

I've picked a kebab up off the floor and had 3 more bites quicker than he turned around there.

I like the Shay. Wouldn't it be nice to have a terrace like that behind a goal at the Wonk.

Probably not specifically us to be fair. He implied he could get a contract at a higher level than League 2

Home of Halifax Town. Good sized covered terraces behind both goals.

The Shay has always been my favourite away ground, from the pub at the ground, the grass bank and the fact the players came out of a house. Just love the place, always have. Sadly last time I went the "new stand" was almost derelict but each end of the ground were always very impressive and I remember quite a few large Stags turnouts. It's also dead easy to get to from Mansfield, which helps!

I remember when we went to Halifax in the FA Cup in 2010 (Qualifying Round I think, as we were in the Conference), a certain Jamie Vardy was playing for them and was substituted after an hour.
A great day out, a great time in the pub before the match and we won 1-0 with a Briscoe goal

There was a really good pub just behind the ground that was a shrine to Kenny Carter

Also remember the time we all got bricked from the bus station above one of the ends and Big Bally wanted to go take them on on his own
