Yorkshire stag - are you a little more settled now we've got a winger?
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Listen ta Yorkie youth, that’s the position required, in relation to is he any good?, that’s GC’s choice, & we reserve judgement until we see him play !

Sounds like he’s got a cracking left peg that can deliver a decent cross....an attribute we have been devoid of for years!
Cook imo needs crosses into the box so could be a good addition

I don't understand where he's going to fit into our 5-3-2 system.

He's an out and out winger though from what I believe? If we are playing him at wing back we are putting another square peg in a round hole exactly the same as we did with CJ and Clucas over the years.

He's signed 'on a short term deal'
That's a strange one. It doesn't even say how long.

He has a terrific work rate and attitude, so will fit into our dressing room really well.” so why on a short term deal? 6 months? Try before you buy maybe?
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Short term deal
Modern definition - Pre salary cap players hung out for more money hoping to force clubs to pay over the odds wages to players though after the salary cap they had to take what was offered at the last minute.

Could it be he is settled in the south and the travelling up here may not fit in with family life too well?
