I think that's the plan.

Yes. For every league and cup game, home and away, certainly while they are behind closed doors.

this was posted by the club on facebook yesterday:

The EFL will be sending us the codes tomorrow.
We will aim to get the codes sent to season ticket holders by close of play tomorrow, for Saturday’s match at home to Tranmere.
Season ticket holders will receive a separate code for each home league game. It is vital that the ticket office has your up to date email address and that you use the same email to register your account on iFollow Stags.

Received my code by email about 6.30pm yesterday.
If anyone has bought a season ticket and not received their code for Saturday's match, now is probably the time to contact the club. ;)

Yes but the costs on the screen is NIL pounds when you apply the code.

Your receipt via email says you have paid £10, but your bank account hasn’t been charged.

Why did you pay if you are season ticket holder. All the details say you have to have the code and enter it when you purchase.

On Monday I emailed ifollow to inform them I had changed my email address so could they please change it to enable me to watch tomorrow's match. It is now midday Friday and they still have not done it despite a further reminder. How long does it take to change an email address for goodness sake? This, together with past experiences, seems to show they are a very badly run outfit. I subscribe to ifollow as well as being a season ticket holder. Think I will reconsider whether I renew my ifollow subscription.

Hi Pete I read your previous message saying that we'd get a receipt saying you'd paid £10 but wouldn't be charged but now your response here (and sorry if I'm confused) says we shouldn't have put our card details in yet it wouldnt accept the code without card details?. I will wait to see if my bank account is charged since as you rightly said the £10 was discounted on screen when applying the code.

When you put the code in you had to click the 'Apply' button just below where you entered the code.
Once you had done that it then showed an initial charge of £10, a discount of £10, and a final balance of £0.
You still had to enter your card details to accept the purchase but wouldn't be charged anything.

What happens if you buy the game 5 mins before KO?
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Should work (I have done that for games involving other clubs last season and the season before). But you'd miss the first 5 minutes of the broadcast :-)

if you're a Stags season ticket holder and are not familiar with iFollow, EFL have put together some Q&As ahead of tomorrow

Is anybody having trouble watching full match replays on IFollow?

I just get "Register Now" on the full match video and it just then takes me to a match report. The same happens in the results section.

Match pass

Postby Opus » Sat Sep 12, 2020 10:15 am

I have purchased a match pass for today's game but reading the blurb it seems as though I also have to subscribe to I follow.
Is this is correct
